We have helped hundreds of families navigate the challenges that can arise in senior life. Our years of experience running senior living communities gives us firsthand insight. And our own personal experience that led us to found this company provides us with a unique understanding and empathy. We have been in your shoes. We have experienced how it feels to be on the receiving end of life-changing care, as well as to be on the end of those providing it. Guiding you is our passion and our expertise. We can help!
Empathy
One summer evening years ago, a drunk driver plowed into my car, causing near-fatal injuries. Just like many of my future clients, I was unexpectedly thrust from health and freedom into being dependent on medical professionals. Miraculously, after many months of hospital stays and rehabilitation, I achieved a full recovery. I soon got married and went on to complete my master’s degree. But I never forgot the life-changing lessons of losing my independence and becoming instantly vulnerable. This experience provided me with a unique credential -- I understand how it feels to be on the receiving end of care. And through my years of professional experience, I also understand the mindset of those providing that care as well.
Helping vulnerable seniors and their families is my passion. After several years as an Executive Director of senior living communities, my wife and I felt called to start our own company. Here I would be able to sit on the same side of the table with families during one of the most challenging times of their lives.
Experience
As a licensed RCFE administrator, I have led the operations of multiple senior living communities since 2017. I have worked with those at the upper levels of senior independence and with those in need of the highest levels of memory care. As a financial planner, I have worked with multi-generational families on navigating a different type of life challenge. The common denominator is that I am deeply knowledgeable and experienced in helping guide families through sensitive and critical life challenges.
